The Centre for Law and Research of the University of Montreal has developed a project named Genetic and Society Project. This project identifies and analyses various regulatory and policy models concerning genetic research with human subjects. As part of our project, we are seeking guidelines, statements, recommendations or other policy statements from several health related organizations/associations in various countries. It is our hope that the compilation of this material, relevant to our research, will play an important role in encouraging the ethical conduct of research. We would very much appreciate if you could provide us with any documentation that your organization has adopted until now or is in the process of developing.

We thank you for you contribution.
